RESEARCH AND TEACHING INTERESTS

Long engaged in teaching and professional practice in brownfield and urban derelict land regeneration, as well as landscape architecture planning and design. Recipient of the First Prize of the Huaxia Construction Science and Technology Award, Beijing Pioneer in Teaching and Educating Award, Beijing Higher Education Outstanding Junior Teacher Award, and the First Prize of the Beijing Higher Education “Most Beautiful Course” Award, among other honors in teaching and research.

Currently serving as Secretary-General of the Chinese Steering Committee of Landscape Architecture Education under the Ministry of Education, Vice Secretary-General of the Chinese Society of Landscape Architects (CHSLA), Vice Director of the Key Laboratory of Eco-Planning and Green Building, Ministry of Education, Tsinghua University, and Official Delegate of the Chinese Society of Landscape Architects (CHSLA) to the International Federation of Landscape Architects, Asia-Pacific Region (IFLA APR).
